Yes. You will continue to use your current login ID and password; however, you will access online banking through Servbank Online Banking or the Servbank Mobile App.
Previously established recurring transfers, including internal and external transfers set up in Iroquois Federal Online Banking, are expected to carry over to Servbank Online Banking. After you log in to Servbank Online Banking, please review your transfers to confirm they are set up as intended. Automatic payments established directly with the bank will continue.
Yes. Beginning October 13, 2026, please log in to Servbank Online Banking to review your bill pay, automatic payments, and ACH activity and confirm everything is set up as expected.
Yes. Beginning October 13, 2026, you will need to enroll in eStatements through Servbank Online Banking to continue receiving statements electronically. If you do not enroll in eStatements, your statements will be mailed to you.
To keep access to historical account information, please download any statements, transaction history, or other records you need from Iroquois Federal Online Banking by October 8, 2026.
Iroquois Federal transaction history will move to Servbank Online Banking and be available after conversion. Prior months’ statements may take some time to appear, but they are expected by the end of the year.
Your final Iroquois Federal statement will be generated on October 9, 2026. Any transactions posted after October 9, 2026, will appear in your next statement cycle and on your Servbank statement.
Account alerts will need to be set up in Servbank Online Banking or the Servbank Mobile App beginning October 13, 2026.
Yes. If your current account is converting to a Servbank checking account or money market account, you will receive a Servbank Visa debit card for purchases and withdrawals.
No. You will need to update any automatic payments tied to your debit card with your new Servbank Visa debit card number. Your new Servbank debit card can be used for transactions, starting Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
You will receive your new debit card in the mail before system conversion weekend, along with activation instructions. Once activated, your Servbank Visa debit card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. For in-person purchases, you may tap, dip, or swipe your card. You may also add your card to supported mobile wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Garmin Pay.
The mailer included with your debit card will show the last four digits of the card number and the last four digits of the corresponding account number.
Your Servbank debit card will have a daily purchase limit of $2,000 and a daily cash withdrawal limit of $500.
Yes. For deposit accounts you can continue to use your existing supply of checks until it runs out. Beginning October 13, 2026, you can submit an order for new checks in Servbank Online Banking, at a Servbank branch, or directly at harlandclarke.com when you are ready for a new supply.
The terms provided with your Certificate of Deposit Signature Card at account opening remain applicable to your time deposit. The rate information for your CD is changing. While your interest rate remains the same, Servbank’s monthly compounding and crediting of interest may affect your annual percentage yield (APY), which could increase. Interest will be compounded monthly and credited monthly.
Servbank does not currently offer automated telephone banking, also known as IVR telephone banking. This means you will not be able to call an automated phone system to check your account balance or recent account activity. You can view your account information anytime through Servbank Online Banking or the Servbank Mobile App, or you may contact your local Servbank branch for assistance.
After conversion, you may visit any Servbank branch for assistance with your account or daily banking needs. This includes former Iroquois Federal full-service banking locations, as well as the Servbank branch in Oswego, Illinois.
You may withdraw funds or check balances at Servbank ATMs at no charge. You will also continue to have access to the Allpoint ATM Network.
No. ACH debits and credits are expected to continue without interruption before, during, and after conversion.
Incoming wires should be sent using the new Servbank wire instructions and routing number. Beginning, October 13, 2026, wire transfers using the Iroquois Federal routing number will no longer be accepted.
No. Your loan terms and conditions will remain the same.
No action is required for loan payments set up directly with the bank; those payments will continue without interruption. If you set up a recurring transfer within online banking to make a loan payment, that transfer will not carry over to Servbank Online Banking. You will need to set it up again in Servbank Online Banking on or after October 13, 2026.
