We are committed to making your transition to Servbank as smooth as possible. The following frequently asked questions provide important information about online and mobile banking, account access, debit cards, checks, branches, ATMs, ACH, wires, and loan payments related to the system conversion.
You will continue to use the same login credentials, but you will access online banking through the new Servbank Online Banking system or Mobile App.
All previously established recurring transfers (internal and external) that were set up in Iroquois Federal Online Banking may not carry over to Servbank Online Banking. After you log in to Servbank Online Banking, please take a moment to review the transfers.
Yes. Your Bill Pay payments should carry over to the Servbank Online Banking System. Please log in and review them after October 13, 2026, to ensure they carried over correctly.
Yes. Beginning October 13, 2026, you will need to enroll in eStatements through Servbank Online Banking to continue receiving statements electronically. If you do not enroll in eStatements, your statements will be mailed to you.
Yes. Simply log in to the Servbank Online Banking System on October 13, 2026, and re-enroll in the Zelle system. After you re-enroll, you will have to set up your recipients before you can send funds.
Account alerts will need to be set up in Servbank online/mobile banking after conversion.
In Servbank Online Banking, you will be able to view your deposit accounts, HELOC, and any non-mortgage loans, similar to how you see them today in Iroquois Federal Online Banking. If you are a deposit and mortgage customer, a direct connection to your Servbank Mortgage account will be available within Servbank Online Banking as shown below for your convenience.
If you are a Mortgage customer who does not have a deposit account with us, you will be able to view and pay your mortgage account by logging directly into your Servbank Mortgage account at myloan.servbank.com or on the Servbank Mortgage Mobile App.
To keep access to historical account information, please download any statements, transaction history, or other records you need from Iroquois Federal Online Banking by October 8, 2026.
Iroquois Federal transaction history will move to Servbank Online Banking and be available after conversion. Prior months’ statements may take some time to appear, but they are expected by the end of the year.
Your final Iroquois Federal statement will be generated on October 9, 2026. Any transactions posted after October 9, 2026, will appear in your next statement cycle and on your Servbank statement.
You will need to update these automatic payments with your new debit card number once you receive your new Visa Debit Card from Servbank. You can start using your new card on or after Tuesday October 13, 2026.
Yes. You will receive a Servbank Visa debit card to make purchases and withdrawals if your current account is converting to a Servbank Checking Account, Money Market, or HSA.
Before conversion, you will receive your new debit card in the mail, and it will include instructions on how to activate your card. You will continue to use your Iroquois Federal card through conversion weekend. You can begin using you Servbank card on or after Tuesday October 13, 2026. You will be able to use your card wherever Visa payments are accepted. When you are making an in-person purchase, you will be able to tap, dip, or swipe your card. You can also load your card to Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Garmin Pay to make debit card purchases from your mobile wallet.
The last four digits of your card number and the last four digits of the corresponding checking, money market, or HSA account number will be printed on the mailer that comes along with your debit card.
Your limits for your Servbank debit card for Daily Purchase will be $2000, and the Cash Withdrawal limit will be $1000.
Yes. For deposit accounts you can continue to use your existing supply of checks until it runs out. Beginning October 13, 2026, you can submit an order for new checks in Servbank Online Banking, at a Servbank branch, or directly at harlandclarke.com when you are ready for a new supply.
Please note: Checks that directly access a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) account are being discontinued as an access method. See the Loans and Lines of Credit section below for additional details.
The Additional Terms and Disclosures provided with your CD Signature Card at account opening include the terms for your time deposit. The rate information for your CD is changing. While your interest rate remains the same, Servbank’s monthly compounding and crediting of interest may affect your annual percentage yield (APY), which could increase. Interest will be compounded monthly and credited monthly.
Servbank does not currently offer automated telephone banking, also known as IVR telephone banking. This means you will not be able to call an automated phone system to check your balance at this time. You may check your account balance by contacting your local Servbank branch or by using Servbank Online Banking or the Servbank Mobile App.
After conversion, you can visit any Servbank branch for support with your account or daily banking needs. This includes former Iroquois Federal full banking service locations with the addition of the Servbank branch in Oswego, IL.
You can withdraw cash or check balances at Servbank ATMs at no charge. You also have free access to the Allpoint ATM Network for ATM use outside Servbank branch locations.
At this time, most customers do not need to update existing one-time or recurring ACH payments or deposits. These transactions should continue to process correctly using your previous Iroquois Federal routing number. Over time, we recommend providing your new Servbank routing and account number when you set up new payments or deposits, or when you are asked to update existing ACH transactions.
Yes. Moving forward, the bank will no longer accept wire transfers using the Iroquois Federal routing number; please use the new Servbank incoming wire instructions and routing number for wires. The Servbank routing number is 071993214.
No. Your loan terms and conditions will remain the same. If there is an exception for your Home Equity Line of Credit loan, you will receive a separate communication explaining the changes further. Please note: Your current HELOC checks and Empowered HELOC Debit Card will no longer be a method of access to your funds.
Automatic payments set up and maintained directly through the bank will not be interrupted. However, automatic transfers set up within the Iroquois Federal Online Banking system and maintained by the Customer may need to be re-established within Servbank’s Online Banking system. Customers should log in to the Servbank Online Banking on or after October 13, 2026, to verify scheduled transfer information, including recurring transfers for loan payments.
Please continue to pay your HELOC and other consumer loans as you always have. Mortgage customers will receive a separate letter in mid-September outlining changes specific to their mortgage loan.
HELOC customers should review the Change in Terms Notice mailed before conversion for details about changes to available HELOC access methods. HELOC Empowered Mastercard and checks tied directly to the HELOC are being discontinued. Customers may access available HELOC funds by transferring them to a Servbank deposit account through online or mobile banking. If you do not have a Servbank deposit account for transfers, we encourage you to open one so you can easily access available HELOC funds.
The conversion to Servbank will transfer the lender relationship to Servbank. After conversion to Servbank, your loan will reflect that it has been transferred to Servbank, N.A. This new/updated transfer may take up to 90 days after conversion to be reflected on your credit report. The Servbank tradeline will replace the Iroquois Federal tradeline.
