Kenneth Bertrand is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of invaluable experience in the banking industry. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, the institution has grown from zero assets to over $165 million and has converted from a federally-chartered credit union to a mutual savings bank and ultimately to a stock bank. Mr. Bertrand has served on various boards including the Heritage YMCA group, Oswego Chamber of Commerce, he has served on the Finance Committee of Rush Copley Hospital in Oswego, Illinois, and on the Board of Directors for both the Glen Ellyn Children’s Chorus and the St. Charles Basketball Organization. He currently serves on the Kendall County Food Pantry Board of Directors. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and is a member of the AICPA as well as the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Bertrand additionally has been a certified Illinois Real Estate Broker for over 41 years. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. He has been married for over 42 years and has two grown children.
