We’re excited to announce that on February 5, 2024, Allied First Bank will have a new name, Servbank, a name that better represents our commitment to the genuine relationships and exceptional service you have come to expect from us, along with our vision to bring our community spirit to customers across the nation.
Though the name is changing, you will still get the same great team and same great service you have come to expect.
We’ve put together the Q&A below to help with this transition.
On February 5, 2024, your account will transfer from Allied First Bank to Servbank. You’ll see a few changes on your banking account, billing statements, and elsewhere.

Yes. Please log into your account on or after February 5, 2024 to reset your notifications and preferences.
No. Visit Servbank.com on or after February 5, 2024 and login using your Allied First Bank login ID and password.
Yes. Download the “Servbank Bank” mobile app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You will login using your Allied First Bank login ID and password.
o Upon logging in, you will be required to change your password by following the prompts to pass the ‘SecureNow’ challenge, which is a text or phone call to a number on file, and you will also need to accept the Terms and Conditions. This is added security for your protection.
The Servbank Bank app will be available to download prior to February 5, 2024, however you will not be able to login until February 5, 2024.
No. Your routing number, account number, and account ownership will remain the same.
No. It will carry over and continue as you have set up today.
No. Please note in rare circumstances, your provider may request a confirmation of your bank account information.
No. You may continue using your Allied First Bank checks.
