Servbank’s Chief Executive Officer, Donald Satiroff, has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Mr. Satiroff has served in multiple leadership positions with both national and community banks. Mr. Satiroff earned his Bachelors in Finance from Creighton University in Omaha, NE and his MBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. Additionally, he graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. He has been active in the community serving on the Phoenix Zoo board along with St John Bosco Catholic School, United Food Bank, Junior Achievement, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Valley of the Sun United Way.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Maddigan, our Chief Financial Officer, brings with him a wealth of experience in finance and banking. With a career spanning over three decades, Jeff has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. He has held senior roles at Northwest Bank and First Niagara Bank where he oversaw treasury, financial planning, investment portfolios, interest rate and liquidity risk, as well as capital management.

Shayna Arrington, our Chief Risk Officer, is a dedicated advocate for consumer protection and financial services education. As a licensed attorney and former regulator, Shayna specializes in safeguarding consumers’ interests and regulatory adherence. Shayna leads our team with a focus on uncompromising compliance, legal solutions, and collaborative partnerships within the Servbank organization that drive our business forward while actively mitigating risks.
Chief Operating Officer
Our Chief Operating Officer, Richard Toma is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a wealth of experience in change management, compliance governance, and operational controls. Richard excels at translating organizational goals into actionable plans and swiftly implementing and managing initiatives to achieve them. With a diverse background spanning Fortune 50 companies, innovative startups, government agencies, and trade associations, Richard brings a unique and varied perspective to every challenge. Richard is a proud United States Army Combat Veteran, having served in Operation Desert Storm, and is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.

As Chief Servicing Officer, Jason oversees all servicing operations for Servbank. He brings to Servbank two decades of experience in the financial services and mortgage industry, with Sr. leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Ditech, and SLS. With a proven track record, Jason’s leadership and expertise have led to wide-reaching cultural and operational strategies that consistently deliver the highest quality customer and client experience, while also driving high team member engagement and performance that outperforms broader market benchmarks.
Chief Banking Officer
Our Chief Banking Officer brings over 30 years of experience expanding lending platforms across the western United States with institutions including Bank of America, Wachovia, BOK Financial, Citibank, and, most recently, Sunwest Bank, where he served as Executive Vice President. Throughout his career, he has provided over $14 billion in financing to investors, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. Mr. Neubecker’s expertise spans commercial lending, balance sheet financing, CMBS, derivatives, subscription financing, and local market insights across the western U.S. He holds a master’s degree in business from Eastern Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Central Michigan, along with FINRA Series 7 and 66.
Chief Credit Officer
As Chief Credit Officer, Jeffrey Green brings over 27 years of experience in credit analysis and risk management, overseeing the Bank’s credit risk management and lending strategies. His role is essential to monitoring and maintaining the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio, ensuring a balanced approach to growth and prudent risk. Jeff leads a dedicated team of credit professionals and works closely with senior management to assess and manage credit risk across the organization. His depth of experience is rooted in a strong foundation in economics, with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
